It makes nails appear thicker and stronger*, prolongs manicure wear and protects against chipping, prevents nails from yellowing and staining, and provides a gel-like look.

Nice and Strong
I used this over Color Street and It really gave them a great shine! I went with a 4 because though its a nice topcoat, I didn't really see much of a "Plumping"
